Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Shop CORE shop and for buying digital services for game servers. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Services

The subject of sale is digital services (ranks and permissions on game servers) provided for the period chosen in the order. The description and price of a service are shown in the shop before you place the order.

3. Order and payment

• You can place an order as a guest or after logging in to your account.
• Payments are handled by external operators (online payment, Premium SMS) or from the wallet balance.
• The service is activated automatically after the payment is booked.
• The customer is responsible for entering the in-game identifier (SteamID, nickname or IP) and password correctly.

4. Withdrawal from the contract

A digital service is provided immediately after the payment is booked, with the customer’s express consent. Once the service is activated, no refund or withdrawal from the contract is available.

5. Rules for using the services

A service may be revoked without a refund if the server rules are violated (e.g. using cheats, insulting players) or in the case of payment abuse.

6. Complaints

Report complaints about a service that does not work through the Contact page, quoting the order number. We handle them within 14 days.

7. Final provisions

The administrator reserves the right to change these terms; changes do not apply to orders placed earlier. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
