1. Data controller

The personal data controller is the owner of the Shop CORE shop (contact details are available in the form on the Contact page).

2. What data we collect and why

• Account data (login, e-mail address, encrypted password) — running the account and logging in.
• Order data (in-game identifier: SteamID, nickname or IP address, chosen service, amount, payment history) — fulfilling the order and activating the service on the server.
• IP address and technical data — shop security, abuse protection, settlements and handling complaints.
• Contact form data (full name, e-mail, optionally phone, message text) — replying to your enquiry.

3. Legal basis and processing period

We process data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations, including accounting ones (point (c)), and for our legitimate interest in the security of the shop and in establishing or defending claims (point (f)). We keep it for as long as the account and services exist, and then for the period required by law or by the limitation of claims.

4. Data recipients

Payment data goes to payment operators (HotPay, SimPay, Premium SMS providers), and service data to the game server on which the service is activated. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

The shop uses only essential session cookies (login, cart, protection of forms against forgery) and a cookie that remembers your chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to us through the Contact page.
